The shipping rate for US orders is free. Other selected countries have a minimum shipping charge of $14.99.
After receiving an email notification that your order has been shipped, the typical waiting period is between 8 and 15 business days. Some countries may take up to 25 days. If the expected delivery period has exceeded more than a month (30 days), we encourage you to contact us immediately.

Import Duties & Taxes
Depending on the country, our customers are liable for any import duties, taxes and other applicable fees. Such charges are collected and paid by our customer upon delivery of the items. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs or local post office upon arrival. Please refer to your local customs for more information regarding imported goods.

IOSS for Member Countries of European Union
VAT is included and declared on the shipment if the total cost of the item is less than €150 ($178). If more than €150, we declare it as without IOSS. Read more information about IOSS here.
Return and Exchange Items
We DO NOT accept items to be returned at this time.
1. We can refund if the item received is damaged upon arrival. Read our Refund Policy here for details.
2. We can offer exchange or replacement in certain cases.
For refund or replacement:
1. The item received is damaged or has missing parts.
2. The item received is different than what you've ordered - different size, different color or totally not the same product.
We DO NOT refund or send a replacement if the reason is one of the following:
1. The item is in good condition (no defects) but you are not happy with it or doesn't meet your expectations.
2. The item is received but you change your mind not to keep it.
3. You refuse to receive the package due to customs clearance or import duties, i.e. not paying the local customs tax.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY
Our refund policy is valid within 30 days after successful delivery.
To be eligible for a 100% refund:
1) Order Not Yet Shipped
An order can be canceled it has not yet been shipped out.
Note: Cancel within 24 hours of purchase. We will not refund if it's already in transit.
2) Delivered with Damage or Missing Parts
If delivered, the item must be unused and/or in the same condition (with damage or missing parts) when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We require a proof of any damages or missing parts.
Note: Request a refund within 30 days from the date you receive your purchase. Any item that is submitted for refund more than 30 days after delivery cannot be refunded.
3) Order "Returned to Sender" or Lost during Transit
We can refund if:
a. the tracking information shows that the parcel is stuck for weeks and no update - it is most likely lost while in transit.
b. the parcel was marked "returned to sender" without your knowledge or not notified in advance.
Note: We will not refund if you refuse to receive the parcel regardless of the reasons.
APPROVED REFUNDS - WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Once a request is approved, please allow 24 to 36 hours to process your refund. You will receive an email notification that your refund has been processed. The amount will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund after being notified by email, first check with your bank/payment services account and contact or confirm them if necessary. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted/credited to your account. There is some processing time before a refund shows on your account statement.
If you’ve done all of these and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AT THIS TIME.

Note: Please do not send the item back to the "return address" as we won't shoulder the shipping expenses. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost if you return the item and we won't refund it.
